Our production process
Original LOWE - Made in Germany
Since the founding of the company, all the parts of Original LOWE cutters have been developed, produced and assembled in Germany. Thanks to our special manufacturing processes and continuous quality control, our cutters are extremely durable. Original LOWE blades are extraordinarily resilient – even to frost. They are manufactured from high-quality steel alloys, which we have produced for us especially by a steelworks in Germany.
The perfectly tailored heat treatment, which we apply in house gives the blades their hardness and maximum resilience. The precision grinding and finishing which they then undergo, coupled with the use of the latest CNC machines and specially qualified personnel, lends the blades their sharpness.

… the special steel, from which the Original LÖWE blades are made, is smelted exclusively for our company in a German high-quality steel foundry.
The stability of the blades is achieved through perfect heat treatment. Our new heat treatment plant was specially designed for the steel, which is used. The steel microstructure obtained has the highest possible toughness with a perfect degree of hardness.
